The magician displays a credit card and explains that the best pickpockets don't take your wallet, they take only what's inside. A credit card is displayed and the magician asks one or more spectators to remember the numbers on the card. One of the spectators is then asked to securely sandwich the card in their hands so that no one can get to it.
 
The magician then brings out what appears to be an ordinary marker and shows it freely on all sides. In a flash, all the credit card numbers print right onto the marker! As a kicker, the spectator holding the card sandwiched between his hands shows the card. All the credit card numbers have vanished from the card! At this point, everything is fully examinable!
