SHIPPING

The website prices include postage for orders shipped in the USA. However we must ask for a minimum order of $20 to make transactions economically viable. Foreign shipping is sometimes available at cost. Orders are usually shipped via Advantage US Mail. Magic book only orders are usually shipped via US Media Mail. The tracking number when available is supplied to customers only upon request. Additional fees are charged for orders shipped outside the USA. Shipping is not included for stage illusions and custom built props. These are usually shipped via trucking companies and must be pre-paid by the customer.

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

The nature of magical goods prohibits refunds and exchanges. The secret of effects are part of the sale price. This is a rule followed by all reputable magic dealers and is necessary to protect the art of magic.

DEFECT

Same merchandise exchanges are made in the rare case of defect. However written permission must first be acquired before returning defective merchandise, otherwise returns will be rejected and returned to the sender postage due to the US postal service. PAYMENT

The Illusion Warehouse uses PayPal/Zelle as their credit card processor. Customers do not have to have a PayPal account to order. Customers without PayPal accounts, or customers with PayPal accounts who do not want to use their PayPal account, can check-out as a "guest." Charges will appear on credit card statements as a payment to BRUCE CHADWICK. All major credit cards are accepted. Customers can also make direct PayPal payments to chadwickillusionist@yahoo.com

TERMS AND MAIL ORDERS

Full payment must accompany all orders. No layaways, discounts, or COD’s. Orders cannot be shipped before payment is received. No checks. Mail orders accompanied with a postal money order are welcome. Mail orders must be sent to the Illusion Warehouse, PO Box 12345, Fort Worth, Texas 76110 USA. Bank wire transfer information is available for larger custom built illusions.

 

BACK ORDERS

In the event that an item is out of stock, the Illusion Warehouse will notify the customer and endeavor to keep them fully informed regarding order status. If something cannot be shipped within a reasonable length of time, the Illusion Warehouse will make full restitution.

HOURS OF OPERATION

The Illusion Warehouse Party Room and Magic Shop is typically open to the public Tuesday through Friday afternoons from 1:00 to 6:00 pm, and on Saturday mornings from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm CST (or later on Saturday depending upon the party room use and magic show performance schedule). The store is usually closed on Sunday and Monday. Note that sometimes the store must close for magic shows and Party Room performances. Best to call in advance of a visit to make sure we are open. The store may also be open other hours by phone appointment. Don't hesitate to ask!
