The magician allows a spectator to choose a card from a regular card deck. The selection is a free choice and there is no force. The cards are then placed into a very nicely made metal houlette or container. The magician explains that the chosen card will rise from the pack. After some byplay, suddenly the deck of cards drop out the bottom of the houlette, and the chosen card jumps high into the air! This is a very unique and highly collectible item that is very rare. Made by Vampire magic in England, this vintage item is in collectible condition. There are no instructions and it will take someone “in the know” to understand or figure out the roulette’s mechanics, but it is obvious a rubber band may be involved. Ah hum.
