The magician shows an empty glass and covers it with a handkerchief. Then he displays four half dollars, which he then places on a staircase type coin stand. Picking up the first coin from the stand, he makes a throwing motion and the coin vanishes! This is repeated with the other three coins. At the same time each coin vanishes, a coin is heard to fall into the covered glass. Finally the hank is removed from the glass and the four half dollars are poured into the performer’s hand.
