The magician displays a beautiful wood framed mirror, which stands upright on its wooden stand. The mirror is removed and shown on both sides. The mirror is replaced on the stand. The magician introduces a silk handkerchief and proceeds to "clean" the mirror. Suddenly the magician lets go of the hank and it is apparently adhered to the mirror. Then just as suddenly, the silk hank begins to dissolve or be pulled into the mysterious mirror. Bit by bit the hank moves into the mirror. With a last rub of the hank on the mirror, the handkerchief mysteriously disappears completely. The mirror can be removed and shown to be completely empty.
 
This fine piece of magic was hand crafted by the late Mr. Mikame of Mikame Craft, Yokohama, Japan. The workmanship is simply incredible and the action is smooth and eerie.
