The magician displays four colored cards. Each card or “chip” has eight different number printed on them. The magician hands the chips to a spectator and asks the spectator to think of a number between one to fifteen. The spectator is then asked to hand the magician any chip that has the number he is thinking of. The magician can immediately divine the chosen number!
