For certified divers who haven't been diving for a while, Scuba Review Refresher Courses from Scuba Bruce Diving are a great way to brush-up on scuba skills. Best of all, first-hand access with an Instructor or Divemaster is provided to answer questions. The prerequisite is the PADI Open Water Diver scuba certification or equivalent from an accredited scuba training organization.
OPTION ONE - CONFINED WATER (POOL) REVIEW - $195
Divers are encouraged to review their Open Water Diver Manual textbook (textbook is not included) and watch the Open Water Diver videos. Divers then meet at a swimming pool and go back through the basic scuba water skills. This review may be done one-on-one with an Instructor of Divemaster, or in conjunction with a regular scuba class that is working toward their PADI Open Water Diver scuba certification. If needed, all scuba equipment except for a wetsuit is provided at no additional charge.
OPTION TWO - KNOWLEDGE DEVELOPMENT (CLASSROOM) AND CONFINED WATER (POOL) REVIEW - $295
This is more comprehensive scuba review course that combines the Confined Water (Pool) Review as described above, and adds an audit of the Knowledge Development (classroom) training as well. Also as above, all scuba equipment except for a wetsuit is provided at no additional charge.
OPTION THREE - COMPREHENSIVE SCUBA REVIEW - $395
For divers who want to repeat the entire PADI Open Water Diver scuba certification, our Comprehensive Scuba Review is the way to go. It combines all three training parts of the PADI Open Water Diver Scuba certification. This includes the Confined Water (Pool) Review and the Knowledge Development (classroom) training as described above, and adds to it the two half-days of Open Water (Lake) training. The Comprehensive Scuba Review is the ultimate refresher course. All scuba equipment except for a wetsuit is provided at no additional charge. Divers are also responsible for paying lake entrance fees directly to facility personnel as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. VERIFICATION: Divers must deliver to Scuba Bruce Diving a photocopy of their scuba certification so that certification status can be verified.

Note that their are medical questions that may require divers to obtain a physician’s signature prior to water training. This does not necessarily mean that divers must get a physical examination. Please note that physicians cannot sign medical forms for themselves.
