This is a very nicely made version of the classic Die Box produced by Abbott’s Magic. Attributed to Arturo, the Twin-Di Die Box does everything a standard die box can and more. A die vanishes, only to reappear in impossible places.  The box provides attractive decoration, a loud “clank” ability, and the ability to separate the two boxes during performance. 

Measuring approximately 10 × 5.25 × 7 inches, this one features very little wear, consistent with something probably made in the 1960’s. The die and modus operandi are all in very good condition. The set includes two vibrant mandarin green chests, adorned with delicate white and red oriental designs that stand out beautifully against a black lacquered platform. At the heart of the illusion is a massive 4-inch yellow die with bold black spots—bright, bold, and highly visible from stage distance.
