Of course it was Houdini who popularized the strait jacket escape. Magicians have followed "suit" ever since. The model George is wearing is gimmicked, and yet is a very realistic prop for magicians. While not the real Posey jacket found elsewhere on this website under the Escape category, this jacket is still examinable and easy to escape from.
 
There are other cheaply made gimmicked jackets on the market, but the Viking jacket is exceptional. The jacket is made out of soft heavy cotton canvas with leatherette trim. The leather belting gives the jacket an air of authenticity, which makes the jacket escape challenge appear more formidable than it really is. This jacket packs small and plays big.
