This website page is but a sampling of our product line and manufacturing capability. Illusions can also be fabricated according to customer specifications, overall design, size, motif, and function. Chadwick Illusion Fabrications thrives on creating new illusions and adding innovative touches. Our staff offers professional recommendations upon request. All decisions regarding customization must be agreed upon in writing before construction begins. Customization may increase the prices listed.
We follow US intellectual property law. Most of the illusions we build are public domain. Patented illusions are built only with the owner's permission. Where royalties are concerned, such fees may be in addition to the advertised prices.
Prices do not include sales tax where applicable, nor do they include shipping charges. Illusions are local pick-up in Fort Worth, Texas, or they are shipped prepaid by the customer. Some carriers allow shipping charges to be paid directly by the customer.

Terms are either pre-payment or a 50% payment in full at the time an illusion is ordered, with the balance to be paid in full before shipment. All payments and deposits are non-refundable. We welcome cash, bank wire transfers, and cashier's checks. Unfortunately we cannot accept credit/debit cards for custom built work.
ATA type road show cases are available at near cost when placed with an order. Images on this website are photos of actual Chadwick Illusion Fabrications built props. Prices for illusions not listed on this website are available upon request. Prices are subject to change without notice.

OUT OF STOCK NOTATION - Most stage illusions are custom built according to a customer's color, design, and other customization. Therefore rarely are stage illusions kept in stock. When ordering a stage illusion, please contact Chadwick Illusion Fabrications direct to work out construction details and payment procedures. Custom illusions usually require about 6-8 weeks for production.
